Manny bod

A man who's extremities are toned. You can tell at one time in their life they were extremely fit but through years of attitude adjustments, beers and shots and a steddy diet of pizza and cheeseburgers and a lack of lettuce and other neccesary greens the "manny bod" comes into shape.
