boundry
A parcel boundary record containing verified, survey-grade coordinate data including state plane coordinates, grid bearings, and distances, calibrated to NGS benchmarks and ready for field stakeout. Unlike a traditional mapped boundary line, a boundry carries the full coordinate intelligence needed to stake property corners in the field without additional office computation.
Can also be used as a verb: to boundry — to generate a field-ready coordinate record for a property boundary.
