Abbreviation for tiny orgasmic sneeze. Used colloquially throughout parts of Southern California to describe the sound of office-place sneezes that sound inappropriate for the workplace.

T: Did you hear that T.O.S. from Shanna?
V: At least she didn't snort laugh too.
