Going Ham

To exhibit an extraordinary increase in skill or strength, usually for a short period of time in a sport or competition. It is most often used when discussing multiplayer videogames, when a person racks up a large amount of frags, kills, or points of some kind in a short period of time.

"Juan was down by over a hundred points, but now he is going ham and he's about to win"
