When, due to the rain, you are justified in your actions that would otherwise be unjustifiable.

Staying inside all day, in a dark room, eating chips and dip and listening to loud music would be unjustifiable if it was nice outside but because it is raining it is justiprecipified and you don't have to feel guilty about it.

When you procrastinate on one work project by doing another (usually less important) work project.
