Acronym for "Head On The Shoulders". Code term used to warn people you are chatting with or emailing because someone is standing so close that they can either read what you are typing or hear your conversations.
The topic of the conversation suddenly changed from XXX to the memo on sending TPS reports when Kim told Boogie she had the HOTS.
