The sound one makes when speaking with a heavy urban accent. See "The leprechaun video". Can be adapted using any vowel sound I.E. Bibbity, bee boppity etc
When driving through the hood and asking for directions.
"Excuse me, which way to the interstate?"
"Boobaly, boobaly, boobaly" (Translation-Take a left at the stop sign and go north 2 miles, it's on the right)
