Example;
When a coworker comes up and says "hi" and you instantly go off on them because you've had it with them. You have been frustrated with them for far to long, that you become instantly angry with them for just hearing their voice. You are in the state of ANGRATION!

When Efficiency is balanced with Quality on the central fulcrum of Safety.

Example;
During the process of producing product, at the moment you've reached the maximum speed and minimum waste while producing the highest level of quality. You then have achieved Proquilaty.
