Used to refer to an undersirable woman coming towards you. Normally dressed in daggy short attire with their bits on open display, falling over in their heels (or carrying them in hand). akin to a crack whore but usually with more teeth!

'Sniff sniff' - bro which ways the wind blowing? Cause I smell skank!
