Nickname for an overly proud fraternity boy. One who wears his letters and constantly talks about his 'brothers'.

Also applies to annoying rich kids who show off their toys at parties.

Derived from fudgepacker, because everyone knows that frat boys are gay.

Fudgie was wearing his pink Polo shirt with the collar popped while bragging about the intra-frat circle jerk he organized during Greek week.
