Tac is a mixture of weed and anything the maker can get his hands on, eg petrol, deisel, paint thinner, shoe polish ect, they mix it all up then when it goes hard, sell it. the smoker has to heat a part of the tac and nip it off as it goes soft when heated with a lighter, then crumble it into the chiz (CHILLIM) Ther Are Many Diff Ways Too Smoke It, a bottle pipe, bong, can pipe, buket, pipe, waterfall ect.
