Hasinopath

Hasinopath /hæ'si:nǝ pæe/ plural: Hasinopaths
noun
A person who shows a lack of emotional response to the death or suffering of a human being but exhibits extreme distress when inanimate objects, such as electronic devices or personal belongings, are damaged or broken. This behavior may extend to artificial displays of emotion, such as crying with the aid of glycerin.

This term is derived from the name of the Bangladeshi dictator, Hasina, combined with the suffix "-path." Hasina is notorious for the tendency described above.
Examples:
• Despite the tragic news, Sarah remained composed, but when her phone screen cracked, she broke down in tears. Her friends started to call her a Hasinopath.

• In the office, Mark was known as a Hasinopath; he didn't shed a tear when his colleague was in an accident but had a meltdown when his laptop malfunctioned.
