Joe says No

A mouse that lives in someones vagina (along with other STDs) that says "No" and closes the vagina if it doesnt want sex. Joe, the mouse usually wants sex because he has low self esteem.

If a man tries to have sex with a girl Joe may say no, but he probably wont.
