When one ends up laughing manically after drinking too much. Usually observed in the red neck population.

Jim: Dude I was at my Uncle Billy Jim Bob's place last week, we went hunting with his shot gun then we helped beat his wife/sister.

Ched: Doesn't he believe the Confederates are still fighting?

Jim: Yeah, but most of the time he was alcololing.
