To waterboard is to choose a victim in a pool or the sea, quickly grab their ankles and pull them towards you so that water goes up their bum. Giving you an uncomfortable feeling which you won’t be sure if you enjoy or detest.
I was on a family holiday and my uncle thought it would be funny to waterboard me when I was in the pool. I never left the room for the last 3 days of the trip due to the sensation/discomfort
