Someone who is a notorious fouler on the basketball court. The guy that slaps, trips, and pushes anyone with the ball and when called out often shouts, "that's good D".

Yo, I Hate playing against Steve man. Every time you touch the ball expect an elbow. That mf is such a hackbox.
