The guinea pig 

A sexual act where the female fellates the male with the male's penis deep in her throat. The male then proceeds to punch the female in the stomach so that the female gags and makes squeaky noises simular to that of a guinea pig.

Anne walked weird all day, I'm sure she and Bill did the guinea pig last night and it still hurts.
