Sloppy Gusher

A extremely dry/crusty armpit, that eventually starts to shoot puss and squeeze 18 different colors of juice out. people usually refer to this uncommon growth as a "michonda". Causes are yet to be found

"Oh shit dude you have a huge fukn sloppy gusher under here" as the someone observes ones armpit.
