pube tray 

The small, anterior porcelain section of the bowl of a toilet in which an industrial seat is installed where there is a gap in the front of the toilet seat, normally where stray pubic hairs and crusted urine exists.

We found Virginia passed out in the guys' bathroom with her chin resting on the pube tray.
