A person, especially a male, who has the uncanny ability to calm, placate, satisfy, or otherwise tame mean-spiritied, uptight, or generally bitchy women (i.e., cunt(s)). This could also refer to a man who is successful in manipulating his nagging wife.
Tom in Accounting is a cunt whisperer because he got his bitchy boss Susan to let him leave early on Friday when everyone else worked late.
