Someone (usually a woman) whose skin on her abdomen appears tight and muscular, especially after having plastic surgery, e.g., liposuction, abdominoplasty, tummy tuck, etc., restoring the appearance of muscles and skin after pregnancy or significant weight loss.

The beautiful, middle-aged, mommy of two is looking “snugg” in her new bikini at the beach.
