adj. -- to look ridiculous. to look cheap. Something that is not put together well. not of high quality. // ie. outfit, vehicle/ride, an apartment that out of order/lack of design, etc.

You have hubcap spinners!!! That's claffy. // Supposed to be blingin' and you rollin with claffy China made watches. // Your spot/apartment was claffy before you had your girl come fix dat place up.
