dag tag

A small twisted piece of toilet paper, usually discovered hours later on the bathroom floor, that has obviously been used and should have been flushed, but wasn't.

My girlfriend found this dag tag on the toilet floor, and I was so embarrassed.

A person, usually a man, who lacks strength of character, or who is an easy touch for a sob story, or who cannot be relied on to take decisive action. Usually a sycophant.
