PPL

When a lie is told with such conviction no matter how outlandish it may be the receiving party will fully believe said PPL. The person telling the PPL will also believe the PPL him or herself making the recipient doubt all common sense and gut instinct to believe what they are hearing. PPLs however have a short shelf life when the receiver hears enough of them they stop working as they then can tell it’s complete lies.
