mississippi hickey

During a rape, the rapist bites a chunk of skin out of the victim's cheek. The bleeding red wound is known as a "mississippi hickey".

Cape Fear, 1991:
Max Cady: "Got you now bitch!"
Rape Victim: "Oh no! A mississippi hickey!"
