Sunroof Hamster
A "sunroof hamster" is not a recognized term in professional contexts. However, if used colloquially, it could metaphorically refer to a hamster, or a person (non-gender specific) exhibiting excessive and eager behavior to provide fellatio while their partner lays on top of a the vehicle with their hamster bits exposed through the sunroof.

junkeypox
Junkeypox are like ‘meth bugs’ which are open sores on a meth head's face that are caused from them thinking their skin is crawling making them scratch & pick constantly. Junkeypox can also be the line of bruised needle holes in the arm of a junky produced as they shoot up at a slightly higher point on his arm each time making them appear that they have some form of pox. Hence, junkeypox. Commonly referred to as 'meth bugs'.
