A form of subtle cosplay. When the street clothing you choose to wear is in the same vein of a beloved character. The goal is to capture the spirit or essence of the character with common ready to wear fashion. This can include color scheme, pattern, texture or identifying accessories. Only a true
fan will identify your passion for a beloved character. This is used in instances when one does not feel comfortable in costume, where full
cosplay is not socially acceptable or where there are restrictions on costume wearing; such as
Disney. It is similar to
Disney Bound and
Disney Bounding but is opened to all Media Genre; including, movies, games, and anime.
