A light skin person(s) that believes they are superior to darkskins people for various reasons such as lightskins normally having better hair textures,chances to have a different eye color, more likely to be accepted by other races,etc all though they are usually of the same race

That guy over there thinks he is better than daquan because his skin colour is lighter he is a lightskinazi .
