Witch finger
The sixth, fully functional and independent finger on a human hand (polydactyly). Unlike a simple skin tag, a witch finger has its own bone and joint structure, allowing for enhanced dexterity. The term originates from medieval times when extra digits were feared as marks of witchcraft, but today it is used as a proud, alternative name for a rare biological feature.

— "Oh yeah, he was born with a witch fingers, so he can reach notes ordinary musicians can't."
