Rizz means, if you were to walk up to a girl and talk to her. How likely would it be that she would be interested in you. if you have lots of rizz, that means that most of the time girls will be interested in you. while the opposite goes for low rizz.
JOHN: hey! angelina are you hurt? cuz you came right down from heaven.
ANGELINA: john, you have 0 rizz. stop trying to talk to me. i dont like you!
