Kosta was the vampire overseer in Rise of The Lycans who whipped Lucian and who often threatened him. Was dumb enough to be set up and torn to shreds by Lucian during the lycan uprising. Kosta does not like lycans much. His shit-eating grin at Lucian's downfall is classic!
