A combination of the words - Squinting & Runka - (Swedish for Masturbate). Used to describe the activity of masturbating in public, incognito, while pretending to be asleep.

Often performed in a hunched position while staring directly at your prey. Common in Eastern Europe (specifically Bulgaria)
