Samantha is a person you will desire to be. Even when you aren't the best for her she makes you need and want to be. She will stare at you in real life and consistently do awkward hand movements lol. She wouldn't keep her expectations high even though she desires the best rich people money and just fun for her life. You'll see her in two ways, the shy girl in the corner of the room or completely being the party everyone was looking for. The first way is always lol. Party once a year.
