Cougar

A cougar is a woman (because men get away with it) who steals all the men eligible from the younger generations. Basically, they're women who steal all the guys us younger women/girls (in the case of Aaron Johnson). Bitches.

Aaron, I expected you to have higher standards than a cougar like Sam.
