Yeee's bay 

A covert way of calling your friend, Jeff, gay. The term originates from a mistaking of the term "Jeff's Gay" for the nonsensical "Yeee's Bay".

"Hey, did you hear that Jeff made out with that crippled girl at that party?"
"Nah dude, Yeee's bay."
