Epeleptic Throat

E-pa-lep-tic Th-rote. Noun. Voice Box Syndrome which confuses the brain.

When a person tries to speak their throat has a seizure and it sounds like a phone ringing on vibrate which is why its called Vib Throat known as Epeleptic Throat.
