An abbreviation of "twinkle toes", one definition of which is an insulting term for an effeminate, possibly homosexual male.

Homophobe 1: "Nancy Boy over there appears to be a little light in the loafers."

Homophobe 2: "Yeah, he's a real twink(le toes)."
