Tosser

British and Commonwealth slang for an idiotic or unintelligent fellow. It is used in informal slang and it is the British equivalent of the word “jerk”.

Oliver: Hey, did you see that ol’ chap over there? William: Yeah mate, he’s a tight-fisted tosser.
