A White Expat living in Singapore, earning no more than 5k per month, but going around acting as if they own the city they live. These people usually come to Asia in Telesales roles in IFAs or Recruitment, and lack any respect for the city they have come to live and work in, yet they try to do this on 5k a month. Often living in shared housing and living month-to-month.
