A purely shitty version of Hitler, featuring one or more of the primary shitty characteristics of Hitler, such as blatant racism, deflecting all blame to external parties, being insane, and/or having a shitty haircut or moustache, but lacking any of the less shitty characteristics of Hitler, such as oratory skill and/or ability to make people actually do stuff.
Shitler arises in its purest turd as Donald Trump, the American Fuhrer, who told his White Supremacist followers to "Stand down, and Stand by", also known as the most ineffective call to inaction ever devised.
