Foosh 

Initialism for "Fall-On-Outstretched-Hand." Used in medical groups to describe people falling face forward, and attempting to catch themselves with their hands, often resulting in injuries.

"Hey can you x-ray the fracture on bed 14? He fooshed and probably broke something."
