Someone who has scars covering their face caused by past acne.

When people refuse to practice good hygiene and scratch at acne they become a crater face.

A tooth that is broken or not in alignment with the others.

After being hit in the face repeatedly, she obtained a snaggletooth.

Upside down triangle

Someone whose upper body is larger and not in proportion to their lower half. May occur in someone with broad shoulders, or who is overweight.

Her incredibly broad shoulders and slim waist make her look like an upside down triangle.
