shoemeat

noun - when your shoes are too small for you feet but you squeeze them in anyway and the excess flesh protrudes over the sides and front of the shoe. Usually found with really overweight women weating very tiny, cute shoes that look like the heel could break off any time.

Your shoes are so cute, but they'd look better if your shoemeat wasn't covering up the pattern.
