A Trumpism created by a blatant disregard of spelling and the formalities of the English language most likely referring to a food item consisting of a meat-based patty sandwiched between two slices of bread, optionally accompanied with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and other condiments.

"Because of the Shutdown I served them massive amounts of Fast Food (I paid), over 1000 hamberders etc."
