ROFL Lizard

A lizard that says 'ROFL'. usually appears to indicate harsh weather, natural disasters or bad hair days.
It only has the mental capacity to say the word 'ROFL'.

"Hey, is that tornado getting closer?"
"ROFL"
Holy crap, it's the ROFL Lizard!
