douche stain 

Variant of "douche bag", which is utterly played out. A douche stain is the gooey liquid spot left over on one's panties after a thorough douche. Therefore,if one is a douche stain they are a constant reminder of what a fucking moron they are.

"Look, that guy has one of those hanging ball sacs on the back of his truck."

"What a fucking douche stain."
