A disease related to the inactivity of one person, usually persisting to when one is able to attend a specific event, but chooses to disengage such responsibility.

Mother: Wake up, it's time for school.
Child: I can't go today, I've developed a case of skipileptia.

more extreme version of yes, ya, etc. It is used to exclaim their immense acceptance of what they are replying to.

"You think we can survive his next attack?"
"hellz ya! He's got crap units."
