The act of taking severed bull testicles, painting them blue, then placing them in a girl's vagina. Then begin to take a cold shower, and when finished, return and open up the girl's vagina like a treasure chest, and suck out the bull testicles while proceeding to consume them.

When Jerry gets hungry during foreplay with his girlfriend, he has himself some blue doubloons.
