A Bepie is when you are closer than Best Friends and if you are officially bepies calling them Bestie means something is wrong.

Friend: Hey Bestie!
Me: What happened, Whats wrong? You called me bestie when were are Bepies!

When you are Bepies with someone you are closer than besties/ best friends and calling them your best friend means something is wrong.

Friend:Hey Bestie!
Me:Besties? I thought we were bepies, What the hell is wrong and what did I do wrong?

Ex2:

Me: We are Bepies now!
Friend: What is a Bepie?
Me: That just means we are closer then Besties!
