#TyraBanksIt is a verb that is used when someone related every story back to them, even when it is not about them. The term is an ode to Tyra Banks, who notoriously related every story told on her show, The Tyra Banks Show, back to her somehow.
Christina told a story about a time that she worked at the Netflix headquarters. Kathleen interjected Christina's story and said, "OMG!! Have you seen the kitchen in the headquarters?? It's beautiful! OH! Their headquarters is so nice." In this example, Kathleen #TyraBanksIt'd the story by making Christina's story about Kathleen's experience.
